Ingredients
- 2 cups strawberries.
Directions
- Tip the strawberries into a blender or food processor and whiz until smooth. Pour into a rectangular container and freeze. Every few hours, remove from the freezer and beat lightly with a fork to mix in the frozen crystals. By the time the granita is frozen firm, it should be granular. Remove from the freezer 10–15 minutes before serving. It looks best served in glass – champagne cups (not flutes) are perfect!
