So-Frenchie-so-Chic Ham + Cheese Pancake Topping

This dish is so stupidly simple, even if you’re a newbie in the kitchen you’ll be able to whip these ham and cheese pancake topping up in a flash

Ingredients

  • 6 slices ham.
  • 2 cups grated Gruyère or other cheese.

Directions

This topping is a perfect accompaniment to our buckwheat galettes.

1. Place a slice of ham and a large sprinkle of cheese in the centre of each cooked galette and fold, either in half, as a 'pouch' or in quarters.

2. Heat in a frying pan until the cheese melts.
