Coco-Berry Yoghurt Smash

A quick + nutritious breakfast that'll give you a kick start to the day. Place ingredients in a small jar if you want to tote it to work.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup walnuts, roughly chopped.
  • 1/4 cup coconut flakes.
  • 3/4 cups full fat natural or Greek yoghurt.
  • 1/2 cup frozen berries.
  • sprinkle cinnamon, ground.

Directions

1. In a small pan, heat the walnuts and coconut over a low heat until they start to turn golden.

2. Place yoghurt, berries and cinnamon in a small bowl.

3. Toss the nuts and coconut on top and serve.


Note

  • You can always leave the walnuts + coconut raw if you prefer.
  • Vegan option: Replace yoghurt with coconut yoghurt or coconut cream that’s been stored in the fridge to firm.
