Ingredients
- 1/4 cup walnuts, roughly chopped.
- 1/4 cup coconut flakes.
- 3/4 cups full fat natural or Greek yoghurt.
- 1/2 cup frozen berries.
- sprinkle cinnamon, ground.
Directions
- 1. In a small pan, heat the walnuts and coconut over a low heat until they start to turn golden.
2. Place yoghurt, berries and cinnamon in a small bowl.
3. Toss the nuts and coconut on top and serve.
Note
- You can always leave the walnuts + coconut raw if you prefer.
- Vegan option: Replace yoghurt with coconut yoghurt or coconut cream that’s been stored in the fridge to firm.
