Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chopped fennel.
- 2 kiwi fruit, peeled.
- 2 large handfuls lettuce.
- 4 tablespoons vanilla protein powder, optional.
- 1 large handful mint.
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds, optional.
- 2 cups coconut water.
- pinch granulated stevia (omit in weeks 2-5).
Directions
- 1. Throw all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Divide between a glass and a jar with a lid. Place jar in the fridge for breakfast tomorrow.
