- a large splash milk.
- 1-2 eggs per person, lightly beaten.
- handful chia seeds.

Saute the mushrooms and ham in a frying pan until both turn golden, then swirl through some beaten egg, a splash of milk and the chia seeds. Gently stir until the mixture forms a bit of a scramble, then serve.
This mushroom hash is a great way to use up some leftovers in your fridge!
