Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut water.
- 1 cup plain water.
- juice of 2 limes.
- 1 small ripe avocado.
- handful mint leaves.
- small handful baby spinach leaves, optional.
- pinch vanilla powder, optional.
- 1 teaspoon spirulina powder or 2 tablespoons greens powder, optional.
- small handful ice cubes.
Directions
- 1. Throw all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Divide smoothie between a glass and a jar with a lid. Seal jar and place in fridge for tomorrow's breakfast.
