Make-Me-Over Mojito Smoothie

This mojito smoothie is full of greens, it is perfect for when you are feeling you need a big dose of nutrition.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut water.
  • 1 cup plain water.
  • juice of 2 limes.
  • 1 small ripe avocado.
  • handful mint leaves.
  • small handful baby spinach leaves, optional.
  • pinch vanilla powder, optional.
  • 1 teaspoon spirulina powder or 2 tablespoons greens powder, optional.
  • small handful ice cubes.

Directions

1. Throw all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

2. Divide smoothie between a glass and a jar with a lid. Seal jar and place in fridge for tomorrow's breakfast.


Note

Optional extras: fennel, celery leaves, fresh herbs, leftover greens.
