Ingredients
- frozen peas.
- chopped zucchini.
- small tin plain tuna.
- green shallots or red onion.
- capers.
Directions
- After removing the eggs from the hot water, use the same pot to steam some frozen peas and chopped zucchini (place in a steamer attachment on top). Mix the steamed veggies with a tin of tuna, some finely chopped green shallots or red onion and capers. Plop a poached egg on top to serve.
