Paleo, dairy-free, gluten-free, sugar-free chocolate shake.  

Servings: 4 adults or 8 kids
Preparation: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk, or plain milk if you prefer.
  • 4 tablespoons unsweetened peanut butter.
  • 2 soft avocados.
  • 1/4 cup raw cacao powder.
  • 2 teaspoons granulated stevia.
  • 2 large handfuls of ice cubes.

Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender, preferably a high-powered one, and whiz. If you’re using a regular blender or stab-mixer, add a little water. Pour into glasses, pop in a straw and serve.
