Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chia seeds.
- 1 1/2 cup cashew milk, or Almond Milk, or regular milk.
- 1/4 cup frozen berries, optional.
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder, or 2 tsp vanilla extract.
- granulated stevia, to taste.
- pinch salt.
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except berries in a bowl. Divide between two jars. Top evenly with berries. Enjoy one chia pudding for breakfast and place one in the fridge for breakfast tomorrow.
