- 1 cup raw cashews, soaked overnight, drained.
- 1/3 cup nutritional yeast flakes.
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt.
- 1/3 cup water (or more if necessary).
Directions
- 1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth.
Use as a replacement for cream cheese, ricotta cheese and savoury spreads.
