Sugar-Free Sticky Lamb Cutlets

Take these sugar free lamb cutlets to a BBQ and all your friends and family will be wanting to come around to your house every night of the week.  

Servings: 4
Preparation: 5 mins
Cooking: 6 mins

Ingredients

  • 8 lamb cutlets.

Marinade

  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar.
  • 1 tablespoon rice malt syrup.
  • 1/3 cup olive oil.
  • 1 bunch rosemary, coarsely chopped.
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed.

Directions

1. Combine Marinade ingredients in a shallow dish. Add lamb cutlets. Toss to coat well. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

2. Preheat a BBQ on high.

3. Remove cutlets from marinade and place on BBQ grill plate. Cook, basting with marinade, for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your liking. Allow to rest for 2 minutes before serving.

Serve with your choice of vegetables.
