Ingredients
- 8 lamb cutlets.
Marinade
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar.
- 1 tablespoon rice malt syrup.
- 1/3 cup olive oil.
- 1 bunch rosemary, coarsely chopped.
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed.
Directions
- 1. Combine Marinade ingredients in a shallow dish. Add lamb cutlets. Toss to coat well. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
2. Preheat a BBQ on high.
3. Remove cutlets from marinade and place on BBQ grill plate. Cook, basting with marinade, for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your liking. Allow to rest for 2 minutes before serving.
Serve with your choice of vegetables.
