I Quit Sugar Recipe: Strawberry Daiquiri

With some clever trickery even die-hard cocktail fans could be convinced they were sipping on a real daiquiri. Serve this as a healthy alternative during the silly season or have it as part of your morning meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries.
  • 1 cup coconut water.
  • 1/2 cup water.
  • 1/3 cup coconut cream or 4-5 frozen coconut cream cubes.
  • 1 large handful of mint, torn.
  • 3/4 cups baby spinach leaves.
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes.
  • mint sprigs, to serve (optional).

Directions

1. Throw all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Top with mint sprigs, if using.
