Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen strawberries.
- 1 cup coconut water.
- 1/2 cup water.
- 1/3 cup coconut cream or 4-5 frozen coconut cream cubes.
- 1 large handful of mint, torn.
- 3/4 cups baby spinach leaves.
- 1/2 cup ice cubes.
- mint sprigs, to serve (optional).
Directions
- 1. Throw all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Top with mint sprigs, if using.
Note
With some clever trickery even die-hard cocktail fans could be convinced they were sipping on a real daiquiri. Serve this as a healthy alternative during the silly season or have it as part of your morning meal.
