Spooky Halloween Chocolate Mousse

After a spooky Halloween recipe? This chocolate mousse is easy peasy and uses one of our most popular recipes - The Best Vegan Chocolate Mousse.

Ingredients

  • 400 ml coconut cream can.
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds.
  • 1 tablespoon rice malt syrup.
  • 1/3 cup raw cacao powder.
  • 2 pieces 95% dark chocolate.
  • 1 teaspoon kale, finely chopped.

Directions

1. Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Whisk ingredients together until well combined and smooth. Pour into 4-6 serving glasses. Chill in the fridge for at least 3 hours, or until firm.

2. Remove and finely grate dark chocolate on top of the mouse. Sprinkle kale evenly across the serves and place a wide paddle-pop stick with R.I.P written on it for extra spooky effect.
