Ingredients
- 200 g spaghetti (or pasta of your choice).
- 1 teaspoon olive oil.
- 1 small red chilli, deseeded, finely chopped.
- 1 cup Roast Capsicum Sauce.
- 1/4 cup flaked Parmesan cheese, to serve.
- basil leaves, to serve.
Directions
- 1. Cook pasta according to packet directions. Drain.
2. Meanwhile, heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add chilli, cook for 1-2 minutes or until fragrant. Add Roast Capsicum Sauce. Cook until heated through. Add pasta. Toss through sauce.
3. Divide between a bowl and a lunchbox. Sprinkle with basil and Parmesan to serve.
Note
Gluten-free option: Serve arrabiata sauce with zucchini noodles.
Dairy-free option: Omit Parmesan. Sprinkle with nutritional yeast flakes.
