Ingredients
- 400ml can of coconut cream.
- 1/2 cup natural crunchy peanut butter.
- 1 teaspoon each of turmeric powder and ground coriander.
- pinch of ground cumin.
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt.
Directions
- 1. Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat to low and cook sauce for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until the sauce has cooked down and thickened.
Note
Serve with Veggie Burger.
This delicious satay is a great dip for a variety of dishes, or you ca add it into a main for a creamy coconut and peanut flavour.
