I Quit Sugar: Pumpkin Hummus

This delicious and creamy Pumpkin Hummus that will impress your friends and family at your next gathering!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked chickpeas.
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree.
  • 1 garlic clove, minced.
  • 1 teaspoon cumin, minced.
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
  • sea salt, to taste.
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated.
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds, to serve.
  • 2 teaspoons sesame seeds, toasted, to serve.

Directions

1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until combined and smooth. Season with salt.

2. Serve hummus with a sprinkling of pumpkin and sesame seeds.
