I Quit Sugar: Peachy Clean Mocktail recipe

Yellow peaches just remind us of summer! And this drink is no exception. The addition of thyme leaves adds just a little bit more 'oopmh' to this already tasty drink!

Preparation: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain kombucha.
  • 1 peach, pip removed and diced.
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced, plus extra slices to serve.
  • 2 thyme sprigs, leaves removed, plus extra stems to serve.

Directions

1. Add the peach to a glass and smash with a fork.

2. Add in lemon juice and thyme. Fill with kombucha. You can either strain the mixture and fill with ice or have as is.

3. Serve with fresh thyme sprigs and extra lemon slices.


Note

Make it alcoholic: add ½ shot of good-quality whisky.
