Cake for breakfast, anyone? Well, you're in the right place!

Preparation: 1 min
Cooking: 2 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Sugar-Free Nut-Ella.
  • 1 egg.
  • ⅓ cup almond meal.

To Serve:

  • 1 tablespoon walnuts (chopped).
  • 1 tablespoon full-fat plain or Greek yoghurt (optional).

Directions

1. Whisk Sugar-Free Nut-Ella and egg together in the mug. Add the almond meal and stir until combined.

2. Microwave on high for 2 minutes and top with walnuts and a dollop of yoghurt for a complete brekkie.


Note

This muggin will rise so make sure to use a mug with rising room

We used a 1000w microwave, if your microwave is less powerful, it will require a bit more cooking time.
