Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter.
- 1 cup almond meal.
- 1 ripe banana.
- 1 1/2 tablespoon brown rice flour (or buckwheat, tapioca or cornflour).
- 2 teaspoons rice malt syrup.
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda.
- handful of chia seeds, for sprinkling.
Directions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 160°C/325°F/Gas Mark 3 and line a baking tray with baking paper.
2. Place all ingredients into an electric mixer and blend until smooth. Using your hands, form into balls, and place on the baking tray and flatten them down. The mixture will be a little sticky, so wet your hands a little to prevent it from sticking. Sprinkle with the chia seeds.
2. Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes, or until lovely and golden on the outside.
