Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon rice malt syrup.
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries and/or blackberries, plus extra to serve.
- 1/2 lime, juiced.
- 6 mint leaves, plus extra to serve.
- soda water, to serve.
Directions
- 1. Place rice malt syrup and a dash of boiling water into a jug. Stir until sweetener dissolves.
2. Add in blueberries, mint and lime juice and muddle together.
3. Add in ice to fill and top with soda water. Pour into two glasses and garnish with extra berries and mint leaves to serve.
Note
Make it alcoholic: add 1/2 shot of white rum into each serve.
