Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar-free muesli.
- 1 cup greek yoghurt.
- 2 eggs.
- salt and pepper to taste.
Directions
- 1. Using a food processor, grind The Gluten-Free Muesli to a course flour like consistency.
2. Combine with greek yoghurt, eggs and salt and pepper.
3. Drop a tablespoon of batter onto a non stick pan until small bubbles appear, turn to briefly cook the other side.
* Serve as a canapé top with sour cream and chives or a dollop or fermented daikon.
