- 2 cups cooked chickpeas.
- 1 tablespoon rice malt syrup.
- 2 cloves garlic, minced.
- 1 lemon, juiced.
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil.
- 1 teaspoon cumin, ground.
- 1 teaspoon turmeric, ground.
- 1/4 cup coriander leaves, finely chopped, plus extra to garnish.
- sea salt, to season.
- pinch smoked paprika, to serve.
Directions
- 1. Place all ingredients except coriander and salt in a food processor and process until combined and smooth.
2. Stir through coriander and season with salt. Sprinkle with extra coriander and a pinch of paprika to serve.
