Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups almond meal.
- 1/2 teaspoon bicarbonate soda.
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt.
- 120 g butter, softened.
- 1/3 cup stevia granules, powdered.
- 1 teaspoon vanilla powder.
- 1/2 cup cacao nibs.
- 3 tablespoons raw cacao powder.
- 1 1/2 tablespoon coffee, ground.
Directions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and line a baking tray with baking paper.
2. Pulse the almond meal, bicarbonate of soda and salt briefly in a food processor. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend a little more.
3. Spoon heaped tablespoons of the mixture onto the baking tray and press down with your hand to flatten.
4. Bake for about 8 minutes until golden. Cool on wire racks.
