This mixed berry smoothie is sweet and delicious, it is also a great way to get more fruit in the kids diets.  

Servings:

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut water.
  • 1/4 cup frozen raspberries.
  • 1/4 cup frozen strawberries.
  • 1 kale leaf.
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds.
  • 1 serve vanilla protein powder.

Directions

Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth and serve.
