Lean Green Protein Smoothie

A simple green smoothie packed full of protein, vitamins and minerals.  

Servings:

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut water.
  • 1 handful baby spinach.
  • 1 cucumber.
  • 1/2 small bulb fennel.
  • handful mint.
  • 1/4 avocado.
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds.
  • 1 serve vanilla protein powder.

Directions

Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth and serve.
