Do you have some left over lamb with mint, pea and feta mash? wrap it up and take it for lunch to work or school the next day.

Preparation: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 wholewheat pita bread or wrap.
  • 1 portion of leftover Mint, Pea + Feta smash.
  • 1 portion of slow cooked lamb, defrosted.
  • 1/2 cup baby spinach leaves.

Directions

1. Spread wholewheat wrap with mint, pea and feta smash. Top with lamb and spinach. Roll up to serve.


Note

Gluten-free Option: Substitute wrap for a gluten-free wrap, or serve as a salad.
