Ingredients
- 1 wholewheat pita bread or wrap.
- 1 portion of leftover Mint, Pea + Feta smash.
- 1 portion of slow cooked lamb, defrosted.
- 1/2 cup baby spinach leaves.
Directions
- 1. Spread wholewheat wrap with mint, pea and feta smash. Top with lamb and spinach. Roll up to serve.

Gluten-free Option: Substitute wrap for a gluten-free wrap, or serve as a salad.
