Green Hummus

I Quit Sugar - Green Hummus

This Green Hummus packed full of goodness and uses kale and avocado for an extra healthy kick. It can be enjoyed as a dip or combined with main meals for some extra flavour.

Preparation: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chickpeas.
  • 1 cup kale, stalks removed and leaf roughly chopped.
  • 1/2 avocado.
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced.
  • 2 tablespoons tahini.
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil.
  • 1 lemon, juiced.
  • sea salt, to season.

Directions

1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until combined and smooth. Season with salt.
