- 2 eggs, whisked.
- 1 tablespoon milk or cream.
- 1 tablespoon Basil and Spinach Pesto.
- 1 slice of sourdough bread, toasted.

Directions
- 1. Whisk eggs, milk and pesto together until well combined.
2. Heat oil in a small skillet. Add eggs and move around pan with a wooden spoon until just cooked.
