I Quit Sugar - Gingerbread-Spiced Pecans

Ingredients

  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice.
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted.
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon.
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger.
  • 2 cups pecans.
  • pinch sea salt.

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 180C and line a tray with baking paper.

2. Place all ingredients onto the baking tray and toss together with your fingers until nuts are evenly coated. Place in the oven and cook for 10 minutes, tossing after 5 minutes until lightly browned.

3. Once cooked, allow to cool slightly before serving.
