Gingerbread Smoothie

This deliciously thick Gingerbread Smoothie has an unsuspecting ingredient - sweet potato! We couldn't help ourselves, we love adding extra veg into our diets any way we can.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup cashews soaked overnight.
  • 1/2 banana, frozen.
  • 1/2 cup sweet potato purée.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
  • 1 teaspoon ginger.
  • 1/2 teaspoon all spice.
  • 1/2 teaspoon cardamom.
  • pinch of sea salt.
  • 2 cups almond milk.

Directions

1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth.
