Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons tahini.
- 2 garlic cloves, minced.
- 1 lemon, juiced.
- 1/4 cup exta virgin olive oil, plus extra to drizzle.
- sea salt, to season.
- pinch of paprika.
Directions
- 1. Place all ingredients into a food processor and blitz until smooth.
2. To serve, drizzle with a little extra olive oil.
