If you feel a tickle in the back of your throat, starting to get a little tired or feeling generally sluggish, these Fireball Turmeric Shots will give your body a surge of energy and a huge dose of nutrients needed to help ward off bad bugs. It’s strong! So don’t say we didn’t warn you.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium orange, juiced.
  • 1 medium lemon, juiced.
  • 1 teaspoon rice malt syrup.
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric, ground.
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, ground.
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, fresh, minced.
  • Pinch freshly ground black pepper.

Directions

1. Add all ingredients to a small saucepan over low heat. Stir and allow to simmer lightly for 1 minute. Strain mixture through a fine mesh sieve.

2. Pour between four small glasses to serve.
