Ingredients
- 2 slices Paleo Veggie Bread, toasted.
- 1/3 avocado, sliced or mashed.
- 20 g feta, crumbled.
- 1 cup mixed salad leaves.
- 100 g leg ham off the bone.
Directions
- 1. Toast Paleo Veggie Bread either in a pan, sandwich press or toaster.
2. Top Paleo Veggie Bread with slices of mashed avocado, mixed leaves, ham and feta. Enjoy sandwich open or closed.
Note
Dairy-free option: Omit feta. Add a drizzle of tahini if you like.
