I Quit Sugar - Detox Tuna Salad recipe

Feeling a little sluggish? This totally green no-cook salad is the perfect way to reach your quota of veggies for the day. Packed with lots of the good green stuff, you’ll be eating an abundance of nutrients in one bowl of deliciousness.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rocket leaves.
  • 1 cup sprouts.
  • 1/2 cucumber, diced.
  • 1/2 avocado, diced.
  • 1 small pear, sliced.
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds.
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds.
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced.
  • 45 g tuna in brine.
  • 1/4 cup roasted almonds, roughly chopped.

Directions

1. Add all ingredients to a bowl and toss to combine.
