Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut water.
  • 1/2 cup water.
  • 1 lebanese cucumber, roughly chopped.
  • 2 cups baby spinach leaves.
  • 1 large handful mint leaves, torn.
  • 3/4 cups ice cubes.

Directions

1. “Throw all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.”
