Ingredients
- 1/4 cup rice malt syrup.
- 2 ripe avocados.
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or paste.
- 1/4 cup raw cacao powder (or more if you want it extra chocolatey).
- 2 tablespoons coconut milk (or milk of your choice).
Directions
- 1. Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until creamy and thick (a stab mixer can also work).
2. Add a tablespoon or two of milk or water to achieve a smooth texture.
Note
This stuff can be eaten on it’s own, or as a dip with strawberries for dessert.
