I Quit Sugar: Paleo Choc Coco Muggin

Sarah's Paleo Choc-Coco Muggin is an easy, tasty breakfast or dessert option on the go.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup almond meal, you can also use gluten-free self-raising flour.
  • 2 tablespoons desiccated coconut.
  • 1 tablespoon raw cacao powder.
  • 1/2 tablespoon rice malt syrup.
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk, or any other type of milk.
  • Greek-style full-fat organic plain yoghurt, to serve.

Directions

1. Add all ingredients to a microwave-safe porcelain mug and mix with a spoon. Microwave on high for 1.5–2 minutes. Serve with yoghurt.

Make it toteable: If you're carrying this to work, you can par-cook it first (so it doesn't spill).
