Cheat’s Nut-Ella Pizza

I Quit Sugar - Cheat’s Nut-ella Pizza

The perfect sweet treat to satisfy those after dinner munchies!

Preparation: 5 mins
Cooking: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 medium flatbreads.
  • ⅓ cup Sugar-Free Nut-Ella.
  • ½ cup strawberries (fresh, thinly sliced).
  • 1 banana (fresh, thinly sliced).
  • ⅓ cup almonds (finely diced).

Directions

1. Preheat a fan-
forced oven to 180ºC/350ºF/Gas Mark 4.

2. Lay out your two flatbreads on top of a large baking tray. Spread Sugar-Free Nut-Ella over both the flatbreads. Decorate with strawberries and banana, then sprinkle over the almonds.

3. Place flatbreads in the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, until the flatbread is golden brown.

4. Cut into triangles to serve.


Note

Gluten-free option: Use gluten-free flatbreads or swap for corn tortillas.
