Ingredients
- 2 medium flatbreads.
- ⅓ cup Sugar-Free Nut-Ella.
- ½ cup strawberries (fresh, thinly sliced).
- 1 banana (fresh, thinly sliced).
- ⅓ cup almonds (finely diced).
Directions
- 1. Preheat a fan-
forced oven to 180ºC/350ºF/Gas Mark 4.
2. Lay out your two flatbreads on top of a large baking tray. Spread Sugar-Free Nut-Ella over both the flatbreads. Decorate with strawberries and banana, then sprinkle over the almonds.
3. Place flatbreads in the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, until the flatbread is golden brown.
4. Cut into triangles to serve.
