Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen berries.
- 1 tablespoon rice malt syrup.
- 1 teaspoon finely grated fresh ginger.
- 1 star anise, finely crushed.
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon.
Directions
- 1. Combine all the ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to the boil.
2. Lower the heat and simmer for 5-10 minutes.
3. Serve warm or cool. Store in a clean glass jar in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
