Ingredients
- 1 beetroot, scrubbed and chopped.
- 1 cucumber, chopped.
- 1 cup silverbeet, chopped.
- 2 stalks celery.
- 1 1/2 cup coconut water.
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds.
- 1 lemon, juiced.
- 1 2cm knob of ginger, fresh.
- 1 cup ice cubes.
Directions
- 1. Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blitz on high until smooth.

TIP: If you’re whipping this one up for breakfast, supplement it with a boiled egg or some nuts on the side to make it a complete meal.
