Ingredients
- 2 cups water.
- 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric.
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger.
- 1 teaspoon rice malt syrup.
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
Directions
- 1. Add all ingredients besides the lemon juice to a small pot on medium heat.
2. Allow the tea to simmer lightly for 5-10 minutes.
3. Take pot off the heat and stir through the lemon juice.
3. Strain tea through a sieve and into two glasses.
