Ingredients
- 1/2 head of cauliflower.
- 1/2 cup cream.
- 2 tablespoons butter.
Directions
- 1. Put the cauliflower, cream and butter in a saucepan, season to taste with salt, then cover and cook over low heat for 35 minutes.
2. Blend with a stab mixer (or use a potato masher) until smooth.
Being rich in fibre and full of antioxidants including vitamin C, cauliflower mash is a low-carb alternative to your regular run of the mill potato mash!
