Espresso Martini

Ingredients

  • 45 ml vodka or tequila.
  • 1 teaspoon rice malt syrup mixed with 1/2 teaspoon of hot water.
  • 30 ml cold press coffee.
  • Cacao nibs, ground (to serve).

Directions

1. Shake all ingredients in a chilled cocktail shaker. Double strain into a martini glass.

Top with ground cacao nibs.
