Ingredients
- Juice of half a lime.
 - Juice of half a grapefruit + more to garnish.
 - 1 tablespoon rice malt syrup mixed with 1/2 tablespoon of hot water.
 - 45 ml gin.
 
Directions
- 1. Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Shake  and double strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with grapefruit slices.
