Ingredients
- 1 quantity Basic Dressing (you can use rice wine vinegar instead of apple cider vinegar if you prefer).
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce or tamari.
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil.
- 2 tablespoons grated fresh ginger.
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds.
- a few generous grinds salt and black pepper.
Directions
- 1. Place all the ingredients in a jar and shake vigorously.
This dressing will pimp any salad. And best of all it can be used for lunch, dinner, starter or a side.
