Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup coconut water.
- 1 tablespoon avocado, fresh or frozen.
- 5–6 frozen coconut cream cubes.
- 1 cup baby spinach leaves.
- 1 1/2 tablespoon raw cacao powder.
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, ground.
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger, ground.
- 1/2 cup ice cubes.
- Cacao nibs, to serve.
Directions
- 1. Blitz all of the ingredients (except the cacao nibs) in a high-speed blender on high until smooth. If you like your smoothie a little less thick, add water.
2. Serve in a glass or jar with a sprinkling of cacao nibs to serve!
